• In-case of expired permit, attach the extension letter

Marital Status Documentation

If Married

  • i. Attach a copy of your Marriage Certificate.
  • ii. Only required if your current passport does not mention your spouse's name (usually on the last page).
  • iii. Attach a copy of your spouse's current passport (first and last page).
  • 1. Note: Spouse's passport copy is required only if your passport does not contain their name.

If Divorced

  • i. Attach a copy of your Divorce Certificate as official proof of marital status
